1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing broadband connectivity, or engaging Shakya Infotech Solutions for IT or web development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services & Service Level Agreements

All broadband speeds, uptime estimates, hardware AMCs, and web application deliverables are governed by specific service agreements executed between Shakya Infotech Solutions and the customer. Broadband plans are subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limits as specified in the plan catalog.

3. Payment & Billing

Broadband and IT service subscriptions are billed periodically in advance. Applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST at 18%) is charged transparently in accordance with Indian tax laws. Timely renewals are required to prevent automated service suspension.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Shakya Infotech Solutions makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted network uptime and secure software deployment, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream carrier fiber cuts or third-party electrical outages.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all service engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
