Project Overview
Society ERP is a comprehensive cloud-based property management suite built for residential welfare associations (RWAs) and commercial complexes.
The system eliminates administrative overhead by streamlining accounting, automating billing cycles with GST compliance, tracking visitor movement, and providing residents with a self-service mobile-friendly portal to log complaints and pay dues.
The Challenge / Requirement
Residential housing complexes and apartment associations suffered from manual paper receipts, uncoordinated maintenance collection, delayed vendor payments, and lack of transparency in financial audits.
The Engineered Solution
We designed a secure multi-tenant web ERP that automates monthly maintenance invoice generation, WhatsApp/Email payment alerts, UPI/Payment gateway reconciliation, resident gate passes, and accounting ledger generation.
